***SEE ATTACHMENT --- NOTICE, under the file for "Diseases, Illnesses and Other Health Conditions" there is a NCES ID number. The NCES is the National Center for Education Statistics, U.S. Department of Education. The files are programmed with their access code so that they can collect all this information on the students and their families.
NOTE: This is a violation of privacy, but since when did the federal government care ? They want to chip and track our animals and they want all the information they can get on us !!!
In all the years of education research that I have done I have never seen ONE good reason to have children in the public schools. Since 1994 we have seen a rapid decline in education when the federal government seized the opportunity to take it over.
